Boker Opinel 01OP6 Carbon-Steel Blade Wood Handle

This is the Boker Opinel 01OP6 knife, made in France, designed with passion as part of a collaboration between Boker and the French knife company Opinel, formed in 1890.

Measuring in at 3.75 inches, when closed, this knife is small enough to carry anywhere, and yet can still deliver big-brother performance any time it is needed.

The Carbon steel blade folds inside the wooden handle of this knife and can be opened using a finger nail cut-out in the blade. It is a also a delight to behold and a dream to work with – it cuts effortlessly time ad time again. Sometimes a knife just feels right in your hands while you simply get on with your work. This is one of those knives.
