This is the Boker Opinel #8 Hawkbill Knife, model number 01OP144. It is a collaboration piece between the wisdom of Boker and the timeless classic lines from Opinel, a French knife manufacturer born back in 1890.

This knife is a solid Pearwood handled knife that fits extremely well in your hand, lending a confidence boosting level of grip, in many different hand positions too.

A stainless steel bolster separates the handle from the blade.
The blade is stainless steel, of a very high quality and made into a hawkbill design which is great for skinning and precision work, yet also very sturdy and agile.

Surprisingly this knife fits into many categories and is an excellent all-rounder!
