Benchmade 855S Item Description:Adding the Benchmade, Mel Pardue, aluminium knife, BM855S, as either a collector's piece
or functioning tool would be every blade aficionado's desire. The 2.875" stainless steel blade is fashioned with a drop point blade style and a satin finish.
Forged from the highest quality of ATS-34 blade steel, constructed with a Rockwell Hardness rating of 58-60, the blade has a partially serrated edge. The liner lock mechanism ensures safety when using this 6.75" long tool and are made from 6AL-4V Titanium. When closed, the knife is only 3.875" in total length.
The unique handle is constructed with black anodized aluminium with a R/H thumb stud for ease in opening and closing. All fittings are from stainless steel, and and the R/H tip down pocket
clip, holds the knife where you put it.
