Ka-Bar 1273 item description:

The Ka-Bar KB1273 may have a look but don't touch attitude, but believe me it likes to be manhandled, and can take anything that is thrown at it.

The drop point blade that is made out of 1095 carbon steel, also has a non reflective black coat and a false top edge, which enhances penetration.
Has an oval Kraton G handle, and a black coated carbon steel guard and powdered metal butt cap.

The overall length of the KB1273 is 11 3/4" and weight 0.7lbs
