Cold Steel Recon Scout knives 39LRS

This is the Cold Steel CS39LRS RECON Scout knife. It is a very very nice knife, extremely sharp, and dressed from head to toe in black.

It comes complete with a lanyard hole to allow hanging, carrying or even attachment to a spear. Its a fixed length blade, 1.5 inches overall and weighs 15 oz. The blade itself is 7.5 inches long and 5/16th inch thick and crafted using SK-5 which is a high-carbon steel which helps it to keep its edge retention for that much longer.

After all this, it needs something special to take care of it – and that comes in the form of a sheath made from Secure-Ex – which is more durable than leather. Nice.
