Wally Gardiner and Joe Hufnagel joined forces and together with 9 master cutlers, there are more than 300 years of knife making experience behind them. With a base at 30 Canal Street, Ellenville, New York, they founded their business in the foothills of the Catskill mountains, a place where rich knife making history dates back to the 19th century.
