Here you are looking at the Cold Steel pocket Bushman knife, model number 95FB. It is a folding pocket knife that we feel has the strength and rigidity that is close to a fixed blade. The blade is made from 4116 Krupp stainless steel for incredible strength and his homes to a clip point style blade that allows for versatility and all-round usefulness.
The blade itself measures 4.5 inches in length which is more than enough to deal with most situations. It is also a hollow ground top to bottom with a decent sized belly.
The handle is constructed using the mono block method that was famously in the French Douk Douk line of knives.
The mono block method has certain benefits, such as it is simple to produce en masse and because there are no internal liners all scaled handles the end result is one that is low cost and affordable. They take a single piece of stainless steel and for that to form a housing will be closed blade. This creates strength and rigidity that is required to complement their RAM safe lock.
This knife comes with a lanyard hole and thumb stud for easier assisted opening. Overall it weighs 9.3 ounces so it is not a lightweight and would suit people who prefer something with substance.
