From the Randall's Adventures training and equipment group comes this, the ESEE model 5 knife, whose model number is ES5PKOOD. Tough, strong and goes way and above what you'd need. When survival is your last hope, this knife will be right by your side.
This knife measures a mighty 10 ¾ inches overall length. Recommended as the new standard for aircraft survival, escape and evasion, so you know it is something rather special. It's been designed by air force SERE instructors.
The handle is Green canvas Micarta with a bow drill divot. A glass breaker exists on the pommel at the rear, which can also double up as a handy lanyard hole as well. There is even a serail number listed on the pommel.
The blade is something special indeed. Made using 1095 grade carbon stainless steel and then given a textured Black powder coat to aid with concealment. It enjoys a Rockwell hardness rating of 57 Rc. The plain edge blade will not falter or let you down under any circumstances.
