The Anza Hunter knife is made from file steel which goes through a rigorous process that involves annealing, cold grinding and then finally a rich polishing before being offered as a blade suitable for their demanding customer desires.
The blade has a gentle thumb ramp on the top of the spine where you can place your thumb during use. This gives you the ability to ensure precise controlled movements when undertaking intricate work. Something rather special indeed.
Then we have the handle. This is a handle made using wood that is laminated plastic resin impregnated with a finger grooved pattern. This improves the longevity of the handle and makes for a nice solid grip that wards of moisture and chemicals with ease. Please note that the handle colors can vary.
The two finger choils in the handle/blade ensure your hand stays firmly planted in the right position during use without slipping down onto the blade during use. The Anza 711 hunter knife measures 8 ˝ inches overall and has a 4 ˝ inch blade section. Keeping it safe and snug is a top grain cowhide belt sheath. Talk about top quality!
